Our Range
The Lake Bar stocks and sells a range of bottled beers, soft drinks, a curated selection of red and white wines by the glass and by the bottle, and a popular selection of spirits and mixers. The range of drinks on offer is regularly reviewed, taking into account sales volumes, customer feedback and requests, and opportunities arising in the supply chain. Potato Chips and Nuts are also available .. at times.
Our Volunteers
The bar is operated during regular social club Happy Hours and other social events by a sizeable group of volunteer Maroochy Quays residents, many of whom have taken the time to complete the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate legally required for bar supervisors in Queensland. The Lake Bar is managed by a small group of volunteer Maroochy Quays residents, who look after stock selection and management, bar equipment, tills, and general management. Bill is the manager, Mike assists, and Tim and Pam from the HOC are also actively involved. And a great group of residents volunteer to actually run the bar for happy hours and social functions.
