Living in an over 50’s Lifestyle Resort is distinct from living out in a residential suburb. Our Resort will eventually consist of 260+ Homes and potentially 450 plus residents. This situation represents a new dynamic and experience for many residents and may require some adjustments to be made.

The majority of folk living in a community such as ours are either retired or semi-retired and simply want to enjoy life with those around them who have a similar lifestyle philosophy.

In order to ensure a return on investment for our residents, with opportunities to engage with one another and to gain the maximum benefit from the facilities available, we have in place, a management team and various support groups within the community.
